‘Struck with sword, beheaded’: Man hacked to death by miscreants in Bhubaneswar

In Bhubaneswar, an unidentified man was brutally murdered by motorcycle-riding assailants with swords on Rasulgarh road over bridge just hours before the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas. Despite heavy security for the event, including 80 police platoons and 11 Central force companies, the attackers managed to commit the crime in broad daylight.
