Odisha: Utkal University faculty member suspended

An assistant professor at Utkal University has been suspended following allegations of sexual harassment by a postgraduate student. The incident occurred on August 16 in his office. After the student filed a complaint, the university’s Internal Complaint Committee recommended suspension. The governor intervened and requested an immediate report from the vice-chancellor.
