Odisha doctor held after car rams into scooter, injures 4

Himanshu Jha, a doctor at Barbil’s government hospital, was arrested for allegedly hitting a scooter with his car while reportedly drunk. The crash injured four people, including two children. The incident took place on the Barbil-Nalda road. Local residents apprehended Jha as he attempted to flee and handed him over to the police.
