Launched by Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited, the initiative aims to reduce commuter stress and promote traffic rule awareness. With speakers installed at 30 busy junctions, the soothing melodies are receiving warm feedback from motorists and traffic police alike, enhancing the urban driving environment.
