Iskcon: Don’t have authority to change Digha shrine name

Iskcon has declined to intervene in the ‘Jagannath Dham’ naming dispute of the Digha temple in West Bengal, stating they lack the authority. This response follows a request from Puri’s King, Gajapati Dibyasingha Deb. Iskcon clarified its role is limited to performing daily rituals at the temple, built by the West Bengal government.
