‘Guilty will be punished, justice will be delivered’: SCW to probe sexual assault claim brought by officer’s fiancée in Bhubaneswar

The State Commission for Women has formed a team to investigate the alleged sexual assault on an Army captain’s fiancée at Bharatpur police station. The SCW aims to deliver justice and plans a separate investigation. Five police officials have been suspended, and the victim is currently being treated at AIIMS Bhubaneswar.
