The BJP on Sunday named former MLA, Radharani Panda, as its nominee for the byelection to the Brajrajnagar assembly seat on May 31. Panda was defeated by BJD’s Kishor Mohanty, whose death has necessitated the bypoll, in the last election. She was an MLA from 2014-19.
