Ahead of the festive season, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has intensified raids on food joints, restaurants and street food vendors to check the quality of food and the condition in which it is being served. The BMC officials sealed several food joints in the last two days after they found violations of food safety and sanitation norms.
