The STF of the Crime Branch here on Monday arrested three persons and seized over 2 kg brown sugar worth about Rs 2 crore from them. The accused were identified as Bhagirathi Bhatt, Biswajit Nayak and Chandan Mallik, all residents of Bhubaneswar.
