The local civic body on Friday elected a 26-year-old as its deputy mayor. E Vivek Reddy of the BJD is the youngest corporator in Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC), who won from ward number 42 by more than 3,000 votes in the civic body election held on March 24.
