A fire broke out during Diwali celebrations in Bhubaneswar’s Unit-I Market Building area, severely damaging around 25 garment shops. The blaze, which started in a saree store, took five fire tenders and five hours to extinguish. No injuries were reported, but significant damage to garments was noted.
