4-year-old boy dies after falling into city drain

Nearly a year after a 15-year-old boy died when he fell into an open storm water drain in the smart city, a four-year-old-boy met a similar fate on Sunday afternoon at Patitapaban Nagar, near Bhuasuni Lane under ward number 58 of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
